2.1. Product Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, as jewellery is handcrafted or involve natural stones, minor variations in weight, color, and size may occur.

2.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

2.3. Availability: All orders are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund or an alternative option.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

3.1. Contract of Sale: A contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message acknowledging your order.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure payment gateways including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

3.3. Payment Security: We use third-party payment processors (such as Shopflo/Razorpay/etc.). We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-7 business days to process before shipping. For customized or handcrafted pieces, the timeline may extend.

4.2. Delivery: Delivery timelines provided are estimated. TATKIM JEWELLERS is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.

4.3. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any local taxes or octroi duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

5.1. Return Policy: Due to the nature of jewellery, we only accept returns or replacements if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

5.2. Notification: You must notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged product. We recommend you to create a product unboxing video for the confirmation.

5.3. Customized Items: Items that are customized, engraved, or made-to-order are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5.4. Refunds: Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the exclusive property of TATKIM JEWELLERS.
